I was stressed with the thought of the rebuild from our flood January 9, 2020. There were five condos, stair wells, and two hallway floors of common area that were damaged. The coordination from State Farm Insurance, Pat Cannon, the SERVPRO reconstruction team and me made this rebuild a success. Pat’s organization skills from the beginning of this rebuild to the end has been a positive experience. Everyone of the condo owner’s were very pleased with Pat and their rebuilds. The Wildewood Village Condominium Association, Inc. Board is pleased with the progress that SERVPRO made by selecting Pat Cannon for this project.
Pat’s planning, executing, following-up and completing on time all the various tasks is remarkable.
Just wanted to say y'all do a great job! We had tree fall on house Monday. Thursday Scott came out and gave insurance estimate and this morning they came to clean up glass, haul away the couch and just clean up living room and dining areas!
Have needed the services of SERVPRO on a few occasions. It is nice to see the same employees and their prompt service in an emergency is greatly appreciated. Chad, Van and Ricky are always helpful.

They went above & beyond in helping to assist when we were dealing with the mess of flooding within our home. The fact that they travelled from Maryland to assist us in service-starved Texas after the freeze was greatly appreciated. A very great crew!

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Southern Maryland. After extensive water damage and flooding from a fireplace chimney into my bedroom (of all places) the guys from SERVPRO were quick to respond, within 24 hours of my call, and were extremely courteous and professional. All of this happened at the height of the pandemic, too, but they wore masks and kept a careful social distance at all times. The bedroom looks great! All drywall removal and hanging, along with painting and carpet cleaning was done with care and attention to detail. I couldn't be more impressed and would definitely call SERVPRO again in the future! Just hope I don't have to. :-)
We had a tree go through the upper floor of our home. Went through our attic and into bedroom. We had wood, shingles, branches, leave etc We also had blown insulation that made the mess even worse. SERVPRO was out the very next day and had everything cleaned and taken away. Including bed and carpet. We still had a long way to go with our home repairs but we are now able to get into the room to collect what we want. They also left and dehumidifier and an air purifying machine. Because I have terrible allergies and sinus problems this was fantastic.
