I highly recommend SERVPRO of Southern Maryland. After extensive water damage and flooding from a fireplace chimney into my bedroom (of all places) the guys from SERVPRO were quick to respond, within 24 hours of my call, and were extremely courteous and professional. All of this happened at the height of the pandemic, too, but they wore masks and kept a careful social distance at all times. The bedroom looks great! All drywall removal and hanging, along with painting and carpet cleaning was done with care and attention to detail. I couldn't be more impressed and would definitely call SERVPRO again in the future! Just hope I don't have to. :-)

In April 2021 I had the misfortune of water damage cause by my tenant. SERVPRO's Mitigation team worked efficiently and professionally with both me and my tenant, but when it came to the repair work, led by Mr. Pat Cannon, the team went above and beyond. Mr. Cannon's knowledge of the insurance system, superb communication, and general construction knowledge made the situation as painless as possible. I could not be happier to have worked with such a consummate professional. I highly recommend this team for any cleanup and/or restoration.

This was my second experience with SERVPRO in a handful of years, and like the first time, I was not disappointed. The SERVPRO team worked together efficiently to clean up a flooded bathroom, shampooed carpets, even left heater fans and dehumidifier in place for several days to ensure the area dried out to prevent mold and mildew. I'm very pleased with their attention to details. Thank you very much! SERVPRO is definitely the team to call...first!

The crew arrived after normal working hours and did a great job installing the 9 fans and 2 dehumidifiers following our water heater failure. They also worked closely with our insurance company to identify water damage. Very professional and had great attitudes, even working later in the evening.

Since our sump pump flooding disaster, the quick and professional response of your SERVPRO team, headed by a fine, young gentleman named Todd, was a lifesaver for two seventy-plus year olds. Every aspect of the operation, from the dispatcher Tracy's professionalism to the final clean-up yesterday, was done with the utmost courtesy and respect from us.
