The SERVPRO team worked together efficiently to clean up a flooded bathroom, shampooed carpets, even left heater fans and dehumidifier in place for several days to ensure the area dried out to prevent mold and mildew. The crew arrived after normal working hours and did a great job installing the 9 fans and 2 dehumidifiers following our water heater failure. They also worked closely with our insurance company to identify water damage. Very professional and had great attitudes, even working later in the evening.
Since our sump pump flooding disaster, the quick and professional response of your SERVPRO team, headed by a fine, young gentleman named Todd, was a lifesaver for two seventy-plus year olds. Every aspect of the operation, from the dispatcher Tracy's professionalism to the final clean-up yesterday, was done with the utmost courtesy and respect from us.
