I had water damage in my rental property, from the time I called Servpro they were there assessing the situation with in 1/2 hour and their team to start the remediation was there within 45 minutes. They were very professional, knew what they were doing and started immediately. The communication throughout the demolition and drying process was fabulous. We had a heating pipe burst at 3am, well that’s when we heard the water rushing anyway. The first company that came to mind was SERVPRO. They were at the house cleaning up and drying everything out within an hour! That next morning the supervisor, Lauren, was there helping us through everything. She and the team made this horrible situation so much easier to deal with. She worked closely with my adjuster to get everything taken care of. It was a nicely hands off experience for me and my wife! I can’t thank them enough. If you ever find yourself in this situation, definitely call SERVPRO!
