Problem with a septic line in one of the retail spaces we rent. It was Thanksgiving weekend, the biggest of the year, so it was definitely an emergency. My long-time plumber took care of the problem (see his review), we then hired SERVPRO to take care of the post-fix clean-up. No complaint with coming out on the holiday, no crazy price. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job. Professional outfit. I had not used them in the past, but no doubt will again in the future.

We had to call these guys in a hurry when we had a mystery leak in the house that dumped a lot of water in our basement when we were away. They were professional, quick, effective and thorough. Very friendly and nice to deal with over email and phone. Very understanding of the ins and outs of dealing with insurance. Very good at doing what needed to be done in our wet basement without just tossing everything in a dumpster. By the time we got home things had been handled and cleaned up and carefully dealt with, a process that took several days. They did not try to upsell us on "emergency" services we didn't need, just did what was necessary to get our basement back to basement-normal. We were very unhappy people having to deal with this bad surprise while we were away and SERVPRO made a bad situation much more manageable.
I recently used this SERVPRO for a water damage in my home. I learned that it was under new ownership & I was very happily satisfied with the professionalism and service. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the owner even came by the site to check in on the project as well. Overall I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this SERVPRO.
