My mom had a hose with the washer that had leaked while at work, everything was flooded. Called SERVPRO New Bedford, they arrived the same day, cleaned up all the water and dried everything out. One of the most amazing things that happened is that the crew was able to save all my mother's wedding pictures! That means more than anything. Blessed to have SERVPRO on our side! Phenomonal work ethic!

Problem with a septic line in one of the retail spaces we rent. It was Thanksgiving weekend, the biggest of the year, so it was definitely an emergency. My long-time plumber took care of the problem (see his review), we then hired SERVPRO to take care of the post-fix clean-up. No complaint with coming out on the holiday, no crazy price. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job. Professional outfit. I had not used them in the past, but no doubt will again in the future.
