We had a heating pipe burst at 3am, well that’s when we heard the water rushing anyway. The first company that came to mind was SERVPRO. They were at the house cleaning up and drying everything out within an hour! That next morning the supervisor, Lauren, was there helping us through everything. She and the team made this horrible situation so much easier to deal with. She worked closely with my adjuster to get everything taken care of. It was a nicely hands off experience for me and my wife! I can’t thank them enough. If you ever find yourself in this situation, definitely call SERVPRO!
