I can’t recommend SERVPRO of Dartmouth/New Bedford highly enough. We experienced water damage from ice dams along with soot puffback caused by a broken chimney, and their team responded immediately. Patrick and Lucas came out right away to assess the damage and clearly explained the entire process, from mitigation through reconstruction, which really helped ease our stress. My mom had a hose with the washer that had leaked while at work, everything was flooded. Called SERVPRO New Bedford, they arrived the same day, cleaned up all the water and dried everything out. Problem with a septic line in one of the retail spaces we rent. It was Thanksgiving weekend, the biggest of the year, so it was definitely an emergency. My long-time plumber took care of the problem (see his review), we then hired SERVPRO to take care of the post-fix clean-up. No complaint with coming out on the holiday, no crazy price. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job. Professional outfit. I had not used them in the past, but no doubt will again in the future.
