Servpro has done an excellent job from the very first phone call and speaking with Kelly to this morning when Kevin and Everette showed up just like they said they would and got the process started drying out our basement from the recent flooding. I know these guys have been working around the clock to help people and I really appreciate them for showing up explaining the process and walking us through what they would be doing. They are very professional and have made stressful situation much easier to handle.

It was great working with Kevin and his team. We walked into our brand new home being flooded and they were there to help in an hour. So helpful, so kind and knowledgeable in the field. Highly recommend working with them.

Dwayne Coxx of ServePro and his entire team has done an amazing job on the rebuild of my wife and my extended garage! They are very reliable, professional, Dwayne and his Assistant, Brandon always briefed me on everything before, during, and after everything was complete. I definitely will send referrals to Servpro of Hardin County because if you want a job and a home build done right, these are the best people who will get it done. My wife is one of the managers at Mark's Feedstore of Elizabethtown, KY and I asked to bring them a big lunch for all their hard work and dedication as a big Thank You!

Called ServPro for water damage in our house from a frozen water spicket. They showed up within an hour of the call. Brandon and Kevin surveyed the damage, gave us a quote and took care of all necessary removal, drying and placed fans and dehumidifier to mitigate the problem. Very personable and professional. 5 stars.

This company has been wonderful to work with. I had a major water leak in my home, leaving several rooms with damage. Kevin Adkins and his team have been very explanatory throughout the entire process; they have been dependable, reliable, and have done great work.

Quick and timely service. Kevin Adkins went out of his way to ensure resolution of my issue, and he was able to facilitate a same day response. I appreciate their customer focus and willingness to help, even with a busy schedule. Would recommend to friends going forward.

Kevin and the guys from ServePro were amazing! They came and got the job done!

Brandon Ellis, who works for Servpro, worked hard getting me what I wanted. He was in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on and what was next. He was dependable, friendly, and courteous at all times.
