About Us
Randy Miller started his first Michigan SERVPRO® location in 1996 in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Since then, Randy has grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories. SERVPRO Team Miller is proud to hold service locations throughout the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida.
SERVPRO Team Miller has been ranked in the top 10 for the past 20+ years, including top producer twice. As one of SERVPRO’s prestigious Extreme Team franchises, Team Miller provides support to other franchises — primarily on commercial losses. The SERVPRO Team Miller Disaster Recovery Team has the resources to travel the country for catastrophic events such as floods, tornadoes, and hurricanes.

We arrived home from a vacation to find water throughout our entire basement. We had gone with another company for the clean up, but within days realized our mistake and asked the other company to leave. We call SERVPRO and within the hour project manager, Jenn Aboytes was at our door with her team. Jenn explained what equipment would be used and how set up would work. Jenn and her team Rob P, Pedro A, and Aliushka A were very professional, worked quickly, and went above and beyond. The entire team are knowledgable, honest and ethical. Jenny and her team were amazing! Our sump pump failed in our basement causing water damage throughout our basement. I called ServePro which was recommended by our insurance company. They had a team out to our house with 15-20 mins of me calling to help us with the cleanup. They were great with communication explaining what they were doing and what to expect. They dispatched a team of pros for the cleanup and remediation. It was a very stressful situation and I felt like we were in good hands. Thank you!
