I have to give a huge shout out to SERVPRO, Eric, Drew and the crew as well as Mike and the Crew. From start to finish, they absolutely deserve 100 Stars. My mom Cheryl had a sewer back up and it was absolutely devastating. It came at a time where a bunch of stuff in our lives was going on. We all were over whelmed and stressed. They all were so professional and made sure to inform us if anything could be saved. There was stuff that was priceless to use that belonged to my grandma, who passed away, and they treated her home with the upmost dignity and respect. I was there before they arrived. The project was so big and we were so overwhelmed. I did not know what to expect due to the amount of items that was going to be a loss. The communication, let’s just say, over and beyond. I went to my mom’s house with her to check out how the job was going and wow just wow. The floors were spotless, the boxes were neatly stacked and we could walk in the basement and they got the entire smell out of the house. I just want to give them all a huge shout out to showing my mom the respect and dignity she deserved. Drew and the crew and Mike and the crew busted their butts off. The extent of the job was huge and from the time that they got there till the time they were done, they seriously busted their butts. Again a huge shout out of appreciation.
