They worked right along with our insurance and Ben even handled communicating with the claims department to update them on what was happening so that I wouldn't have to. SERVPRO removed the mold from our kitchen. They are super responsive and can get to your home FAST! We were remodeling our kitchen so we needed someone immediately. When I called the lady in the office said “We can come today, does that work for you?” I had to decline the day of (I couldn’t get to my home as soon as they could) but they came out and serviced us the next day. The technician was very friendly, professional and honest. Made me feel very confident in what he was doing and kept me informed every step of the way.
