Meet Our Team

Luke Balbas the President and Owner of SERVPRO Twin Falls and Jerome Counties.

David is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Twin Falls & Jerome County. David started with the company as a Project Manager in July of 2020. He is dedicated to our customers and to the team.

David was promoted to General Manager in September of 2023. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and five children.

Junior is a Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties, working to get customers in an emergency situation back to normal as quickly as possible. SERVPRO^®; values Junior's attentiveness to our customers.

Junior joined the team in 2017. Junior carries WRT, FSRT and Bio/Trauma certifications. He enjoys hunting, camping, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Maria is the Executive Assistant for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties and has worked here since May of 2022, taking care of Accounts Receivable and Human Resources. Maria is a valuable asset to SERVPRO, and we appreciate her willingness to step in and help when needed.

When she's not working, Maria enjoys family, camping, hunting, riding bikes, and jigsaw puzzles.

Maria is a Contents Technician for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties. Maria joined the team in March of 2018. She works hard to restore personal items. Maria's commitment to SERVPRO makes her a great asset to our team.

Maria enjoys movies and popcorn, dancing, and spending time with family when she's not working.

Ismael is a Technician for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties. Ismael joined the team in 2020. Ismael is extraordinarily dependable, and SERVPRO values his willingness to help the team.

Ismael enjoys fishing, hiking, and crafts.

Juliana is a Contents Technician for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties. She started with SERVPRO in 2021. Juliana handles customers' personal items in the restoration process. Juliana's commitment to the company is valued by the team at SERVPRO.

Juliana enjoys spending time with family and dancing when she's not working.

Nikko is a Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties and has worked here since May of 2022, carrying out day-to-day services based on IICRC standards and works with HVAC systems. Nikko is a valuable asset to SERVPRO, and we appreciate his willingness to help and excellent customer service skills!

When he's not working, he enjoys attending church, spending time with family, and working out.

Nicole is the Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties, managing job files and working directly with customers and insurance companies. Nicole is able to interact well with customers and employees and has been an extremely valuable asset to the team.

Nicole joined the team in 2022. She enjoys spending time with her son, going on trips, and camping.

Branden is a Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Twin falls and Jerome Counties. Branden joined the team in early 2024 and has worked to improve awareness and education of the various services SERVPRO provides to its clients.

Branden enjoys working out, working on or building PC’s, and spending time with family and friends.

Ivan is a Technician for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties. Ivan joined the team in 2024 and has brought considerable experience to the team. He is resourceful and effective as he works and has been a great addition to the team.

Jacob is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties, helping customers in an emergency situation get back to normal as soon as possible. Jacob is extremely dedicated and often goes beyond the call of duty to help customers and other employees. Jacob’s ability to talk with customers and solve problems has made him an incredibly important part of the team.

When Jacob isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and working on personal projects.

Martin is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties and is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for customers. He is knowledgeable about his job and prides himself on working efficiently and accurately. Martin is also great to talk with and is a great example of excellent customer service.

Martin enjoys spending time with his family, archery, and football.

Tristan is a Technician for SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome Counties. Tristan joined the team in 2023 and has helped to increase the amount of quality jobs we can complete. Tristan has grown a lot during his time with us and continues to improve his skills and ability as a technician.

Tristan enjoys spending time with his family, working on his truck, and finding projects to do at home.
