I was very impressed with the business like fashion with which they took care of my problem. Every person who came to my house to help me was very efficient, but mainly they were friendly, kind, and helpful to me. I like the fact that no matter what I ask they would take the time to stop and explain it to me or help me. My house after the flood has been put back together better than what it was before! I will refer SERVPRO to all my friends and will be using them to remodel my kitchen this summer. And if I ever have another catastrophe, I have them on speed dial!

Luke and his crew did a great job, we had and extensive leak in a downstairs bedroom, which we found on a Saturday.  He came over right away, started drying up the area, installed fans, removed some dry wall and floor boards, and started us on our way to recovery.  The job became more extensive, he handled everything and even with walls removed and carpet completely torn up.  Our room was completely restored in less than 2 weeks, which for the amount that was included was incredibly fast.  Thanks for a great and timely job.

By looking to see if he could clean and polish our wood floor,  he discovered moisture and mold in the powder room.  He conducted a detailed inspection going into the crawl space and attic to determine the source.  He explained every step and reason.  Luke is so professional and friendly.  His expertise is unquestionable.  I would recommend him and his company with no conditions.  Outstanding service!
