Their description of work to be done and the process of work was conservative with intention not to do more destruction than was necessary and still be thorough ("Like it never even happened"). That was a priority of ours. Even in the midst of the pandemic they managed scheduling challenges as best they could. Precautions were taken to keep themselves and our home in the most minimal risk situation possible. We have our final walk through tomorrow and we are so very pleased in the outcome of a very traumatic flooding experience! Thank you SERVPRO team for your committed attitude in making us satisfied!
Highly recommend them for water damage mitigation. They were at my house helping me move things and getting fans to dry everything out in less than 2 hours of me calling them. Nick and Christian explained everything and kept me updated on what the process would look like over the days it took to get my home dried out completely. Nick and Christian were also great with dealing with my very curious children who wanted to know everything about what they were doing! Hopefully I never have something like this happen again, but if I do, I'd definitely use them again.
Michelle was an amazing help. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel more at ease going through such a hectic issue with the water damage. She calmed my every fear of possible mold and made herself available day and night to answer any questions. I truly felt like she cared. SERVPRO has been great to work with. Rather, Michelle tested and found that we were “saturated” in several places: guest room, kitchen, and dining room. They brought the equipment necessary to dry out my home; came and checked progress every day; and stayed with the job until we measured “dry.” It was very reassuring to have professionals take care of the water from the roof. Michelle returned after the storm and checked for moisture. Sadly, we still have leaks from the roof, but I am confident that SERVPRO will dry out my home again. I highly recommend SERVPRO.

In 1993, Jeremy George responded to his first water damage call, and of course it was in the middle of the night. He was 13, and that summer job unexpectedly launched a career making property damage “Like it never even happened.”
