Highly recommend them for water damage mitigation. They were at my house helping me move things and getting fans to dry everything out in less than 2 hours of me calling them. Nick and Christian explained everything and kept me updated on what the process would look like over the days it took to get my home dried out completely. Leah was very patient and understanding; Michelle was amazing! We had been told the ceilings and walls were dry. Rather, Michelle tested and found that we were “saturated” in several places: guest room, kitchen, and dining room. They brought the equipment necessary to dry out my home; came and checked progress every day; and stayed with the job until we measured “dry.” It was very reassuring to have professionals take care of the water from the roof. Michelle returned after the storm and checked for moisture. Sadly, we still have leaks from the roof, but I am confident that SERVPRO will dry out my home again. I highly recommend SERVPRO.

Initially I had a leak in my bathroom causing damage requiring a professional water mediation service to dry out the area before repairing the floor, vanity, walls and ceiling.
