Meet Our Team

Jeremy is the Owner-Operator and Executive Director of SERVPRO of West Pasco, Wesley Chapel, Hernando County, West Tampa and Tarpon. Disaster restoration is in his blood, having worked on the company's first water damage emergency service in 1991 at age 13 and then taking the full reins in 2004 as the second-generation owner. Jeremy earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and holds several advanced certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. He is also a Florida-licensed mold remediator and an EPA-certified Lead Renovator. Jeremy lives in New Port Richey with his wife and two sons, and when he's not working, enjoys music and boating.

Nora George is the President at SERVPRO of West Pasco. Previously, she worked as a newspaper reporter and fundraiser, and she holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University. Nora lives in New Port Richey with her husband and two sons, and enjoys playing superhero games, cleaning her white kitchen floor, and driving a minivan.

John serves as our General Manager. John has been in the insurance restoration business since 1992, having owned and managed several restoration businesses. He prides himself in mentoring and coaching our team members, while striving to providing top customer service to our clients. He is the proud father of three adult children and has a passion for fishing and boating.

As our dedicated Office Manager, Britney is the operational backbone of SERVPRO. With a background in insurance adjusting and over a decade of industry experience, she ensures that every aspect of our service runs smoothly. Britney oversees day-to-day operations and team coordination, streamlining the customer claims process to make it as seamless as possible. Her focus on efficiency and communication means she ensures exceptional customer service from the first call to the final project completion. Britney's knowledgeable guidance and commitment to a smooth process provide customers with peace of mind during stressful times, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience with SERVPRO.

Amanda started her employment with SERVPRO in November of 1995. From Receptionist to Director of Operations, she has enjoyed the many different roles and experiencing how each role can assist and benefit our clients through their claim process. Achieving the role of Controller has always been her goal. She enjoys crunching numbers and working the budgets and finances. We are full of gratitude to have her a part our group for all these years.

Rob is our Asset Manager and has over 32 years of SERVPRO experience. His wheelhouse includes his profound product & equipment knowledge and his keen awareness for executing efficient processes. He is our go-to for problem solving and really enjoys the challenge of finding solutions.

Gavin is the calm voice and steady hand that guides our crews through every challenge. As our Emergency Response Manager, he brings over eight years of hands-on experience and a meticulous eye for detail to every job. Gavin’s expertise lies in transforming chaotic situations into an organized plan of action, ensuring our crews have the necessary resources to deliver a thorough and efficient restoration. Chelsea is the first point of contact for many of our customers, and she's a true expert at turning stress into a clear action plan. As our Emergency Services Administrator, she is IICRC certified, giving her a deep, technical understanding of the work we do. Chelsea expertly navigates the complex claims process, providing customers with compassionate guidance and clear communication every step of the way.
