About Us
In 1993, Jeremy George responded to his first water damage call, and of course it was in the middle of the night. He was 13, and that summer job unexpectedly launched a career making property damage “Like it never even happened.”
In the decades since, Jeremy has responded to thousands of disasters, of every size and type, across Pasco County and Tampa Bay and even internationally, while building a mission-driven team that focuses on providing outstanding service with fairness and mutual respect. He is the owner-operator of six restoration franchises which include West Pasco, West Tampa, Tarpon, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa & Hernando County.
SERVPRO of West Pasco provides professional cleanup for damage from fire, water, mold, and biohazard, as well as other specialty cleaning services. The operation is tied into a national network of more than 2,200 franchises and backed by the depth of knowledge and professional experience of the franchise system founded in 1967 and the local company, operated by the same family for more than 25 years. Our core business is providing restoration and cleanup services to the Greater Tampa Bay Area and we are designated within the SERVPRO system as a Large Loss Response Team and mobilized as needed to disaster sites across the United States.
With a commitment to ongoing and specialized training and to understanding and exceeding baseline industry standards, SERVPRO is proud to provide premiere restoration services as an IICRC-certified firm. At the core of our daily work, however, is our heart and our effort to empathize as clients face fire or water damage and the disruption it causes to a life, home or business. I’m writing a second review in one week. Christian W. the manager of the mediation process is by far one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Aside from being so helpful, answering a ton of questions that I had, and just being on my side during this process is more than I could’ve asked for. He showed up every day, exactly when he said he would, and just did everything that needed to get done. My interactions with the Servpro team has far exceeded my expectations. Now that we are going into the repair stage, I hope everything goes as smoothly as it did. I am very hopeful that it will. A huge thank you to Christian!!!!!

I called and someone actually answered the phone!!! No robot!! I absolutely love the customer service here! She picked up the phone, answered all my questions and will be getting back with me to confirm my appointment. I greatly appreciate having a real human on the other side of the phone and I think Servpro everywhere should have someone doing it. I called Largo yesterday and couldn’t get connected with a human for the life of me. I sat on the phone with them for 30 minutes and didn’t even get to schedule my appointment because the robot couldn’t do that and nobody got back with me to schedule it after. So today I called Tarpon springs and had a 5 minute call to get everything I need from a real person. THANK YOU!!
They send Rose/rosario to our apartment. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The service was quick, and everything was completed exactly as promised..

I would like to compliment this company for having an employee such as Arnold Giron. I have owned businesses for 25 years, and everything starts and ends with good people. Arnold is the best! From the moment he showed up on time, and politely introduced himself to when he was finishing up and cleaning the floors where he had worked. This is how are company should conduct themselves. Arnold replaced some of our ceiling drywall and it came out perfect. I have had patchwork done in the past and it never looked proper. However, Arnold made it look like it literally never happened;) And trust me, that's not an easy job. He is an artist and a craftsman. Thank you Servpro for sending Arnold to do our work. A++
