SERVPRO of West Pasco

I can’t say enough good things about this team, especially Stephanie Powell, Project Manager, who went above and beyond during an incredibly stressful situation with my brother’s house (remediation and reconstruction). Since I was managing everything from out of state, Stephanie became my eyes and ears in Florida. She was knowledgeable, patient, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us through the process. She kept me informed, walked me through our options, and spent countless hours finding solutions to unexpected repairs and hidden damage while always looking for ways to save us money. She was available even on weekends and always willing to listen, offer advice, and help me navigate difficult decisions. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! Jaime Karachristos, Construction Coordinator, was also fantastic—organized, helpful, and always quick to respond and coordinate estimates and paperwork. What could have been a complete nightmare was made so much easier thanks to Stephanie and Jaime. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. I've already recommended this company to others and wouldn't hesitate to do so again!

They handled water remediation and drywall repair. Nice people! If anything like this happens again I won't hesitate to hire them. Their safe are knowledgeable and are respected by my homeowners insurance!

We absolutely love working with the Serv Pro team! We work with many restoration companies and Serv pro is top notch! Communication is great with project managers and even better in the accounting and admin department!

I would just like to say that I appreciated my time with both Servpro Team Farrell and Servpro Team George. I met some great and caring individuals that will forever leave an impact on my life. I wish them all nothing but the best moving foward. I will say that if you ever want to go the 10,000 extra miles on service and quality, call Chuck Osborne! He’s quite impressive! He’ll definitely take care of you and anything you need! They currently operate 7 Franchises in the area. Thanks for making my time there a wonderful memory! ❤️

I’m writing a second review in one week. Christian W. the manager of the mediation process is by far one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Aside from being so helpful, answering a ton of questions that I had, and just being on my side during this process is more than I could’ve asked for. He showed up every day, exactly when he said he would, and just did everything that needed to get done. My interactions with the Servpro team has far exceeded my expectations. Now that we are going into the repair stage, I hope everything goes as smoothly as it did. I am very hopeful that it will. A huge thank you to Christian!!!!!

Prompt response and Professional results. Much obliged!

I called and someone actually answered the phone!!! No robot!! I absolutely love the customer service here! She picked up the phone, answered all my questions and will be getting back with me to confirm my appointment. I greatly appreciate having a real human on the other side of the phone and I think Servpro everywhere should have someone doing it. I called Largo yesterday and couldn’t get connected with a human for the life of me. I sat on the phone with them for 30 minutes and didn’t even get to schedule my appointment because the robot couldn’t do that and nobody got back with me to schedule it after. So today I called Tarpon springs and had a 5 minute call to get everything I need from a real person. THANK YOU!!

They send Rose/rosario to our apartment. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The service was quick, and everything was completed exactly as promised..
