I had the pleasure of having Juan and Fabian perform a 2 foot flood cut on my house. They were professional, prompt, and very polite. They left the job site very clean. I would definitely recommend them to handle flood mitigation or other services offered by SERVPRO of Bay County. Very satisfied with their work.
Jarvis did a great job helping us with cleanup from a leak and was professional and courteous and arrived quickly after our situation occurred. I had to request a very specific timeframe around work meetings for him to come back and recheck everything and I know that can be a challenging thing to do in this line of work serving a lot of customers but he made it happen right on time.
David and C did an amazing job communicating everything that needed to be done and accomplished to get our little slice of paradise opened up, dried out, and ready to open after Hurricane Helene. They were professional, respectful, and their communication with our team was second to none. Even under the circumstances, they made the servo experience a great one. We appreciate all they did here at Magnolias On The Bay!
