About Us
Serving the Panhandle of Florida since 1989, SERVPRO of Bay County offers a variety of fire, water, mold, storm, and biohazard Clean-Up and Restoration Services. Owner Kyle Carter and the SERVPRO of Bay County team are proud to serve our community in times of disaster and need. We understand the stress and worry that come along with property damages, and strive to help make it "Like it never even happened."
Through the use of proven industry standards and techniques, exceptional customer service, and dedication to detail in the work we perform, SERVPRO of Bay County has continued to grow throughout the years, earning the distinction of being a top-20 SERVPRO franchise in 2019. With our continued growth we now employ over 30 full time employees, and have grown our Large Loss and Storm Response teams, allowing us to serve more people throughout the country in their time of need.

We arrived home from vacation to a nightmare—our living room was flooded, with water literally pouring out of the ceiling fans and light sockets. We called SERVPRO around 8 PM, and despite the late hour, they were at our home within an hour and immediately got to work. Juan and Jesus were fantastic from start to finish. They were polite, friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. They quickly removed the standing water and set up all the necessary drying and mitigation equipment to prevent further damage and help reduce the risk of mold. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. They explained what they were doing and why, kept us updated every step of the way, and were always quick to answer any questions we had. From the water extraction and air movers to industrial drying equipment, vent cleaning, and fogging services, everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. They also communicated directly with our insurance adjuster to make sure the necessary work was authorized so everything could move forward as quickly as possible. That took a huge amount of stress off us during an already stressful situation. What started as coming home from vacation to a flooded house turned into a much more manageable situation because of how quickly and professionally the SERVPRO team responded. Great customer service, excellent communication, fast emergency response, and quality work. A huge thank you to Juan and Jesus for taking such good care of our home.
