SERVPRO came out within 24 hours and had all the water vacuumed up and all the sopping carpet removed in no time. John P had to patiently work around us while we were still unloading our belongings from the basement. John P was very professional and returned the second day to check on the drying situation. We were left with 12 fans and 2 giant dehumidifiers. They will monitor the drying process and make sure there is no mold again today. John P is doing a great job and is very pleasant to work with during such a distressing time.
