If you ever wondered whether that whole "Make like it never even happened happen" ad campaign was truthful? I'm here to tell you - It is. Quite happy with ServPro and Alex's, Claudia's, Juan's, and Enzo's teams, if really unhappy with why we needed their services in the first place. Board-up on day of event, water-and-smoke remediation/cleaning, textile cleaning (part of smoke remediation), unpacking return of textiles, and building contractor for a minor rebuild. Expensive? I dunno, I'd like to think you get what you pay for, and the expertise in dealing with this stuff professionally was readily apparent - and the people we dealt with were great. Biggest issue was on textile with some items that were damaged. In the grand scheme, nuisance, and not horrible. We don't ever want to go thru that again, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to work with ServPro again. They were great. Thanks.
