I highly recommend this team, (Dominic and Kit) I've had to use ServPro before and was pleased both times; however, this time the management team exceeded my expectations. Kit and Dominic (owners?) were especially good at managing the process and providing information quickly and my calls were returned within 12 to 24 hours. The actual mitigation workers were polite and efficient. They were careful and took extra steps to keep the tear down dust minimal. They were on schedule and good communicators. All employees, the schedulers, those who answered the potential client calls, program managers (Kit) and owners (I believe Dominic and Kit?) were all courteous and attentive and provided answers to each of my questions -- even if asked them to provide the info for a second time.

We discovered water damage in our basement that had already spread into the kitchen and living room — it was overwhelming. SERVPRO walked us through every phase: mitigation, mold removal, and rebuilding all the affected spaces. What I didn’t expect was how smoothly they handled our insurance claim. They documented everything thoroughly and communicated directly with our adjuster. By the end, all three rooms were fully restored and the process was far less stressful than I imagined. Highly recommend to any homeowner dealing with a multi-room loss.

ServPro tackled the job of drying out our floors and drywall which were flooded. We appreciate their thorough and professional work, coming every day.
