Sonja G
Sonja Galvan started her career in 2013 with SERVPRO in the Stockton franchise. In 2018 the SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras location was fortunate to have her join the team as the project manager. She has several certifications from IICRC. Sonja enjoys interacting with her family and traveling during her time away from the office.
Laura T.
Laura Morris is a 3rd generation SERVPRO employee. She has worked for SERVPRO for over 10 years, is IICRC certified, and handles the estimating and auditing. In her spare time Laura enjoys obstacle course racing and spending time with her daughter Vinny and her sidekick Torque
Petra T.
Petra Torres started with SERVPRO 2011 in the production department as a fire technician. Petra accomplished a fire certification from IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) In her spare time, she enjoys walking to burn off her endless amount of energy.
Carmen H.
Carmen came to SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras with 3 years restoration experience Sept of 2019. She is extremely organized and works diligently on any project assignment! We are fortunate to have her on our team. She believes in continued education and looks forward to additional IICRC certifications. In the off hours she enjoys to family and dancing.
Tori
Tori recently joined SERVPRO of Lodi & SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties in October 2021 as our office administrator. Tori came to us with over 12 years of office management, which she holds a number of certifications.
Matt
With a robust background in mitigation strategies, Matt brings extensivee experience to the field, having successful navigated complex scenarios to minimize risks and impacts. His proven track record shows a keen understanding of proactive measures, ensuring a resilient response to potential challenges. On his off hours, Matt enjoys spending time with family and road adventures.
Jessie
With a wealth of experience in HVAC systems, Jessie has own his skills in and sharing, optimal, climate, control, and energy efficiency. His comprehensive knowledge spans Through maintenance and cleaning of the air conditioning systems. Jessie is a professional dedicated to creating comfortable environment while maximizing the performance of HVAC systems. On his off hours and Jessie enjoys spending time with his family.
Andrew
Andrew is a problem solver with a knack for innovation. He joined SERVPRO of Lodi in 2021 as a temporary employee and showed such potential he quickly made his way to Reconstruction Manager. Outside of work Andrew is a devoted father of two young boys and enjoys his time with them.

I worked with Sonja as well, when I found a leak in my dishwasher and my insurance called SERVPRO out. While the insurance pretty much told me I'm SOL and on my own, and Sonja was a light in the dark during a stressful time. She stayed with me the entire time the insurance adjuster was out. While she did her inspection she made sure to take the time to explain different scenarios, options and costs (since I'm on my own with that). She was super helpful, made me feel comfortable and really was amazing to work with. Honestly, because of her, SERVPRO is now my #1 choice for any remediation damage. She's a huge asset to her company and was just super during a time when I needed to know someone was on my side
I had a dishwasher water leak that went farther than my eye could see. Luckily SERVPRO was able to see and handle the extensive damage. They billed my insurance directly, this made it seamless. The owner Perry has been doing restoration for decades. I enjoyed working with Tori in the office she made me feel very comfortable.
SERVPRO of Lodi, I have no words to match my gratitude for the professionalism, communication and the support I have received starting with Tory (the dispatcher) she was welcoming and professional and quickly scheduled me an appt the same day. The team (Sonia, Andrew, Matt and Carmen) that showed up to my home were amazing, strategic and knew what they were doing. The communication with Sonia, Andrew and Matt, through this process has been great. I was overwhelmed and devastated to come home from vacation and have water damaged but working with this team has made it bearable! I highly recommend and encourage you to work with this company and team. They are literally the Dream Team!! Again, I have no words. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!
SERVPRO is great! I'm a local realtor and used their services to clean a home before putting it on the market. They were professional, helpful, and worked with me to accommodate my needs. I'm very pleased with their services and will be using them again.
Connie always gives us great customer service, making sure we get the cleaning dates we need. Tom and his crew seem to do the impossible each time out. Our older carpets look practically new each time after cleaning. You can't beat SERVPRO of Lodi!
I'm updating it to give credit to the great team that worked on our house. I spoke with Connie Hernandez the most since she was handling our scheduling. Petra Torres (if I remember correctly) was directly involved in the clean up (all the ladies were super sweet). Tom Lowe and Paul Medinger were also a huge help with the cleanup and especially for getting our home security online when the internet was briefly unplugged. I had spoken with each of these people multiple times and was already impressed with their performance and professionalism.
Thought I'd have to repaint the interior of my large home. But the pro painter said to call SERVPRO of Lodi to clean soot from all my walls & ceilings throughout all living areas, kitchen, master bed & bath. This was an accumulation of soot from wood burning stove. Connie gave excellent customer phone service and got my inspection done same day I called. The two SERVPRO inspectors were also exceptional. Then Carmen and Petra came for three full days. They arrived on time every day, having to drive 1 1/2 hours each way from Lodi area up into the foothills. They were very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. So very courteous, extremely focused and organized. Such hard, 'non-stop' workers! They did such a thorough and excellent job, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did such a great job, I do not have to paint!
I was referred to SERVPRO Lodi from SERVPRO of Tracy. My dryer wasn't drying on one cycle. I had the Geek Squad come and check it out and he said it wasn't the dryer but the duct was clogged. I wasn't sure if this job was considered essential but after a month of having the hose put in a bucket with water, I gave them a call. Connie was very nice and had her crew come out the following week. Tom and Julio did a great job! I had 18 years worth of lent/dust come out. They got me hooked up and vacuumed all the mess. Even though I thought I was cleaning out the duct, I think I might of pushed it in further. Thank goodness no fire happened. Thank you SERVPRO!
