We recently worked with SERVPRO on restoration work on one of our homes following a fire. I especially would like to recognize Brittany for the way she managed the project. She took the time to understand our circumstances and did everything she could to work with us. Bar none, her communication was one of the strongest aspects of the experience. Although the project got off to a later start than we had anticipated, Brittany kept us informed with regular updates and was consistently responsive; typically getting back to us within an hour. What stood out most was that she made us feel like she wanted to hear from us - she listened. She was attentive, professional and genuinely helpful. Her communication and customer service made a real difference, and we would be pleased to work with her and SERVPRO again.

Project manager Tim was amazing! We were extremely stressed with necessary repairs in our home due to a water leak which also caused us to be displaced. From beginning to end Tim explained the process and kept us updated with all the repairs that were being done to our home. His knowledge, diligence, and communication put us at ease. We definitely be hiring Servpro again in the future.

I was beyond stressed when it came to the flooding that happened at my house and everything. I went through my insurance ofcourse but then there was the cleanup, and everything. Lo and behold, here comes Max, when I tell you, Max saved everything, got it done. So fast, make sure all of my issues were handled. Not only did he have the patience to go through every step of the process timeline, very commutive, made sure that I was comfortable with the information that I knew, and what's what's readily available for any other questions I might have. I'm a military veteran, so I trust people who have boots on the ground. And when I say Max boots were always on the ground, he was here, I saw him here. I showed up, He was here before I showed up. He stayed till after I left. He sent updates he made it so that this process was one less thing to worry about. Thanks again Max.

Tameka, Marylou, and Flora have been incredible throughout the entire process. They arrive on time and provide excellent customer service. They are always willing to answer questions and address any concerns. They truly exemplify professionalism. Mike P and Tony have been fantastic at moving our furniture. They communicate well and arrive on time every day. They treat my furniture and personal belongings as if they were their own. I would highly recommend them anyone.
