my mother-in-law, Linda Chesser had a kitchen fire and her house has to get repainted and packed. Tameka, Marylou and Madison have done a wonderful job with helping us pack out the house, they are patient and respectful with this process. The moving guys J and Jeff are also superb.

Jeff and J were here to move furniture and cabinets out of the kitchen/dining room to prepare for the abatement of the asbestos floors. They worked very well together and were polite , professional and very careful of the items that were moved.

Melissa and Flora packed up the house before ServPro came in to do the repairs, and they were fantastic! They packed so fast it was like watching clutter disappear like magic! They took special care to label every box and the furniture by room. And when we needed the microwave back they actually located it for us amongst dozens of closed and taped boxes. Also, they barely took breaks or meals, and we're not only efficient, but very thorough. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with moving blankets and plastic wrap, even the items we would never have done that for ourselves. If we ever sell and move, THESE WOMEN ARE THE GO TO FOR ULTIMATE PACKING SPEED AND CARE! They are a true asset to ServPro!!!

Phenomenal service, you are in great hands with ServPro of Chesapeake. “Like it never even happened” is their very accurate tagline. We had an oven fire contained by emptying an entire fire extinguisher canister. Sticky dust went everywhere in the house. The cleaning crew led by Chris and Marco tackled every inch of the house - cabinets and blinds, floors, walls, ceiling fans. An extremely hard-working team, with very high standards for cleanliness, restored our house to mint condition. Similarly, our HVAC cleaning experts, Scott and Jeff, professionally cleaned our ductwork and HVAC system. Wonderfully personable and dedicated hard workers - ServPro employees exceeded our expectations and we are grateful.

I cannot say enough good things about Max! He managed our construction project from start to finish and completely blew us away. His leadership on site, constant updates, and sharp eye for quality turned what could have been a stressful mess into an incredible experience. Max goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. 10/10—we wouldn’t work with anyone else!
