Our History
SERVPRO of Charlottesville has been serving the Albemarle County area since 2000. As of June 2020, we are under the new ownership of Jackson Lindsay, who is integrating his extensive business background with his desire to serve the community in order to grow SERVPRO of Charlottesville to new heights.

We had a major water emergency at 6 o'clock on a Friday evening. The entire ceiling of our living room crashed down along with A LOT of water. We have hardwood floors in the room and I panicked. A friend recommended I call SERVPRO. They answered immediately and a local representative called me right back. They were at my house within an hour. Ryan was very professional and kind. He immediately began to get things cleaned up and was super informative about the whole procedure to start getting my floors dried out. He and another associate worked until after midnight cutting out drywall and pulling down wet insulation. The basement required a lot of work too as the water damage continued throughout the basement. They set up dryers and dehumidifiers and let me know exactly why and what they were doing. Ryan was back for the next four or five days and made sure the job was done and kept me very informed about the progress. He was in touch with our insurance company as well. We have only good things to say about SERVPRO of Charlottesville. We had a major water leak with mold abatement over labor day 2017. Serve pro came immediately when called. There staff was always responsive and professional. It took 4 months to complete the restoration process and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. Chris and all his crew are to be commended.
