Meet Our Team

James is our General Manager. He joined the SERVPRO of Charlottesville team in January 2021. He comes to us from Ford as a senior master automotive technician. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. James has a strong back round in leader ship, and team work.

He is IICRC Certified in:

• Water Damage Restoration
• Fire and Smoke Restoration
• Applied Microbial Remediation
• Trauma and Crime Scene

When James is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Kat is our HR, AR, and AP Specialist, She Joined the team in March of 2023. Her drive and ability to multi-task are vital for our day-to-day operation. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her two labs.

Elizabeth is our Job File Coordinator. She joined our team in October of 2023. She is on the front end when a call comes through our office. Her exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail are a force to be reckon with.

Hank is a Production Manager and joined our team in December 2020. Hank comes to us with ten years of experience with Greenberry’s Coffee Roasters, as a production manager.

He is IICRC certified in :

• Water Damage Restoration

When not at work, Hank enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar.

Darryl is a Technician and joined our team in December 2020. Darryl comes to us with many years’ experience in the aviation industry. He has experience refueling aircraft and working with the local Charlottesville fixed-base operation as a Line Technician. When not at work, Darryl enjoys spending time with his family, and attending local sporting events.

Miller is one of our Technicians. His corky attitude and High spirits always keep us on our toes. He joined the team in December of 2022. When not at work he enjoys spending time with family.

Harrison is a crew chief. His dedication and reliability are something to be recognized. He joined the team in August of 2023. He is a Cowboys fan and when not at work enjoys watching sports.

Barron is a technician, his easygoing personality and ability to adapt to change make the work day a breeze. He joined our team in January of 2022

When not at work he enjoys playing sports.

Rashunn is a technician, He joined our team in March of 2023. His upbeat personality is infectious with our team. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family.

Tony is our Business Manager. He joined the SERVPRO of Charlottesville team in July of 2024. He comes to us from Macon, Georgia, following a 10-year career as a full-time firefighter/EMT. He also has an entrepreneurial background and has held various leadership positions. In his spare time, Tony enjoys spending time outdoors with his children and taking in the scenic views around the Charlottesville area.

Noah recently joined the SERVPRO team as a technician. Dedicated and hardworking, Noah plays a vital role in assisting with restoration projects, helping homes and businesses recover. Welcome to the team, Noah!

We're excited to welcome Anthony Goode to the SERVPRO of Charlottesville team as our newest technician. Anthony brings great attitude, strong work ethic, and we're glad to have him on board as we continue to provide top-quality service to our community.

Meet Alonzo, one of our dedicated crew chiefs. He is IICRC certified and brings years of valuable experience to our team.

Nick Archer has over 17 years of experience in the trades. He began his career building poultry houses and installing standing seam roofs before moving into custom home construction in Northern Virginia. There, he advanced from trim carpenter to managing high-value kitchen remodels and multi-million-dollar builds, developing strong expertise in finish carpentry, framing, and project management. In the past five years, Nick worked in the solar industry, rising to Service Manager overseeing much of Virginia. He is proficient in electrical systems, conduit bending, inverter troubleshooting, and team leadership. Nick recently earned his Journeyman Electrician’s license and brings technical expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to customer service to SERVPRO’s Reconstruction Division.

Nick is a dedicated technician with SERVPRO of Charlottesville, helping customers recover from water, fire, and other property damage. He takes pride in providing dependable service, attention to detail, and helping make a difficult situation a little easier for our customers.
