Jackson Lindsay- Owner of SERVPRO of Charlottesville
A warm Charlottesville welcome to Jackson Lindsay, the new owner of SERVPRO of Charlottesville as of June 19, 2020.
He is IICRC certified in:

- Subrogation-Level 1
Jackson has additional training and certifications in:
- Lead Safety
- Subrogation1
He is a graduate from Clemson University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. With a substantial and energetic entrepreneurial streak, Jackson has established three other businesses and successfully sold them. His background includes a landscaping business, a Property management company, and a water sports rental company. Jackson has considerable work experience in real estate as a development analyst, commercial real estate broker, and an acquisition specialist. What does he do in his spare time? Stay tuned!
James Fitzgerald - General Manager
James is our General Manager. He joined the SERVPRO of Charlottesville team in January 2021. He comes to us from Ford as a senior master automotive technician. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. James has a strong back round in leader ship, and team work.
He is IICRC Certified in:

- Fire and Smoke Restoration
- Applied Microbial Remediation
- Trauma and Crime Scene
When James is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Kat Dugan - HR, AP, AR, Billing Specialist
Kat is our HR, AR, and AP Specialist, She Joined the team in March of 2023. Her drive and ability to multi-task are vital for our day-to-day operation. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her two labs.
Elizabeth Loving - Job File Coordinator
Elizabeth is our Job File Coordinator. She joined our team in October of 2023. She is on the front end when a call comes through our office. Her exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail are a force to be reckon with.
Hank Bryant- Production Manager
Hank is a Production Manager and joined our team in December 2020. Hank comes to us with ten years of experience with Greenberry’s Coffee Roasters, as a production manager.
He is IICRC certified in :

When not at work, Hank enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar.
Jonathan Bowman - Crew Chief
Jonathan is one of our Crew Chiefs. He joined the SERVPRO team in May of 2021. His background with the Marine Corps brings attention to detail and determination to our team!

When not at work Jonathan enjoys reading and hiking.
Chase Miller - Crew Chief
Chase is a Crew Chief, he joined our team in December 2021.

Chase has a multitude of experiences in customer service. In Chase's free time, he enjoys sports and spending time with his family.
Alex Wallace- Technician
Alex is a Technician and joined our team in August 2020.
He is IICRC certified in :

- Fire and Smoke Restoration
In addition to farming, Alex has a varied background in tree service, surveying, warehousing and painting. When not at work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, video games, and working on cars.
Darryl Roberts- Technician
Darryl is a Technician and joined our team in December 2020. Darryl comes to us with many years’ experience in the aviation industry. He has experience refueling aircraft and working with the local Charlottesville fixed-base operation as a Line Technician. When not at work, Darryl enjoys spending time with his family, and attending local sporting events.
Miller Paynter - Technician
Miller is one of our Technicians. His corky attitude and High spirits always keep us on our toes. He joined the team in December of 2022. When not at work he enjoys spending time with family.
Roosevelt Dove - Technician
Roosevelt Aka Junie is a technician. His sense of humor keeps the morale high. He joined our team in August of 2023. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Harrison Bunts - Crew Chief
Harrison is a crew chief. His dedication and reliability are something to be recognized. He joined the team in August of 2023. He is a Cowboys fan and when not at work enjoys watching sports.
Barron Jones - Technician
Barron is a technician, his easygoing personality and ability to adapt to change make the work day a breeze. He joined our team in January of 2022

Rashunn Davis - Technician
Rashunn is a technician, He joined our team in March of 2023. His upbeat personality is infectious with our team. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family.
Tony Collins - Business Manager
Tony is our Business Manager. He joined the SERVPRO of Charlottesville team in July of 2024. He comes to us from Macon, Georgia, following a 10-year career as a full-time firefighter/EMT. He also has an entrepreneurial background and has held various leadership positions. In his spare time, Tony enjoys spending time outdoors with his children and taking in the scenic views around the Charlottesville area.
David Grant - Operations Manager
David is the Operations manager at SERVPRO, bringing several years of fire and water restoration experience. As an IICRC-certified professional, he plays a role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. David's compassionate and client-focused approach sets him apart - he truly cares about helping people restore their properties and their peace of mind. His leadership, expertise, and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Noah Lawson - Technician
Noah recently joined the SERVPRO team as a technician. Dedicated and hardworking, Noah plays a vital role in assisting with restoration projects, helping homes and businesses recover. Welcome to the team, Noah!

It was unbelievable and we are beyond grateful. We are still shaking our heads at the Before and after! Love Chris and Joe for all they did to get us back to normal!

Our History
SERVPRO of Charlottesville has been serving the Albemarle County area since 2000. As of June 2020, we are under the new ownership of Jackson Lindsay, who is integrating his extensive business background with his desire to serve the community in order to grow SERVPRO of Charlottesville to new heights.

Our franchise, SERVPRO of Charlottesville, is an IICRC Certified Firm. We work with integrity and determination to aid those experiencing fire, water, and mold damages in the Albemarle County area.
