We had a toilet to break upstairs and flood the upstairs and overflowed to the downstairs. It’s was a big job that lasted for 7 months so we got to know staff very well. They were there within 30 minutes of the call and immediately started working. Billy was our contact person who oversaw the job and we couldn’t have asked for any better service. He followed up with the contractors and adjusters for us and that relieved so much pressure on us. We have never had to deal with anything like this before and he walked us through it with ease. Everyone that worked at our house was respectful, kind and followed through with what they said they would do. I can’t imagine going through something like this without the help of Servpro and their supportive staff. I pray that we don’t ever have to go through this again but if we do, I’d call them immediately and never look back. I’d give them a 10 star if that was an option!!!!
I had a water leak in my bathroom and SWAT restoration did an excellent job at cleaning up the damage that it caused. They also did such a wonderful job of restoration that my bathroom looks much better now than it did before the leak. I highly recommend SWAT for all your cleanup, repair, restoration, and remodeling needs!
