We had water damage due to a pin hole leak in the ice maker hose on our refrigerator one week before Christmas. Evidence showed it had probably been leaking for 6 to 8 weeks without us knowing. SERVPRO was here with machines and their employees ready to get us fixed up! They were on top of it. We could not ask for better people and service that SERVPRO gave us. Maryann dealt with the insurance while we dealt with having what was left of our kitchen in our living room and bedrooms. Best group of people we could have ever had to get us back to a normal household in a few weeks! Did we mention that we had just moved into our new house in September from Delaware and this happens! SERVPRO made sure things went as smooth as possible. Maryann kept us up to date with everything, time and days when things would happen. They all feel like family to us! Amazing Company! Our home had a skunk to die under our Hvac unit and it contaminated the inside of our home. We had to stayed in a hotel while SERVPRO took over. I never would have thought the smelled could be removed from our furniture , mattress , clothes, etc .. But SERVPRO took care of it within a week ! It makes me want to work for them !! Great job !

Excellent work and customer service from the first phone call to job completion. I was informed on what was happening every step of the way.On Thursday I found a leaking toilet and mold, while renovating a home, in preparation for renters to move in the next Sunday.
