Owned by Lathe and Nicole Toft, our team is deeply rooted in the restoration and construction industries. After relocating from northwest Iowa, where they co-owned SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes, the Tofts purchased SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest in July 2019, SERVPRO of Omaha West/Saunders County in December 2019, SERVPRO of Council Bluffs in September 2021, SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest in November 2023, and SERVPRO of West Sioux Falls and East Sioux Falls in December 2025.
