I had a sewage loss in my basement about a couple weeks ago. A different restoration handled it and said they cleaned it up. I felt they rushed and they didn't explain to me what they were doing or what to expect. Not feeling comfortable in the other restoration company, I called SERVPRO of West Sioux Falls. I am so thankful I did! They came to look things over and I wanted them to re-clean the areas that were hit. During their process they removed the carpet that wasn't originally damaged. I was shocked!!! Their was still raw sewage under the pad. SERVPRO was very thorough, thoughtful and I felt completely at ease. They did a great job!
