Travis holds an IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration, and is a Master certified Fire and Smoke Restorer along with being a Journeyman Textile Cleaner. Travis has years of experience in restoration and construction, specializing in reconstruction after property damage.

Starting in production and then transitioning to Job File Coordinator, Mikey now brings nearly 15 years of customer service experience to his current role. With WRT certification, he combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to client satisfaction, driving business growth, and fostering lasting relationships. In his free time, Mikey enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

Beyond Belief
I cannot express my gratitude enough for all SERVPRO has done. The tornado caused significant damage to our home. Eric has been amazing to work with. They keep me informed, help me make choices, and is very reassuring! During the reconstruction we have been out of the house. We still had to take care of snow removal while work was being done. we stopped by to shovel the snow and were Completely floored to learn that SERVPRO’s crew has been shoveling our driveway and sidewalks during the entire project.
