We contacted ServPro to help us deal with a water damage issue in our Bluffton condominium caused by a blocked building HVAC condesate drain line. ServPro was quick to respond and did excellent work dealing with damaged walls, flooring, bathroom vanities and mold/water issues. Despite the lengthy time required to sort out restoration of our unit due to association and HO6 policy insurance challenges, once resolved, project manager Doug and his ServPro team did an excellent job restoring our unit to a like new condition. Work was completed on the schedule promised, within the insurance funding availble, and we are very pleased with the overall quality of work.
