Husband and I were out of state and had a flood. Contacted SERVPRO and they were at the house cleaning within the hour. Andrea was terrific. She put us at ease and was very professional. They removed all water and cleaned. The next day Andrea came to check on things. Her supervisor was very kind and understanding and helped us out with the continued use of fans. I called SERVPRO after a house fire with major water damage. Walker arrived at my home within an hour and started the clean up process. Over the next several days, Walker and his team worked diligently (in extreme heat and humidity without air conditioning) to clean up the debris, remove any damaged items and remove walls, flooring, insulation, etc. I am so pleased with the services provided. We discovered that our refrigerators ice maker line had been leaking, apparently for a very long time. Adn although no water was pooling in or around the fridge, it was saturating the sheet rock wall, insulation and kitchen cabinets in the back of the wall.
To make a long andd still ongoing story short, for now, I called SERVPRO, they sent out Walker and Javier to start with the remediation and cleanup. It was going to be tricky as one of my virtually brand new kitchen cabinets was rotted in the lower back and need to come out. The tricky part was that a custom piece of granite was sitting on top and to pull the cabinet risked cracking the slab. I referred to it as Hollywood Plastic Surgery. Walker and Javier got started and I must say the operation was a complete success! Now I wait for the dehumidifier, scrubber and blowers to do their job.

I will never forget walking back into my house about 15 mins. after I had turned my very expensive dish washer on to find myself wading in water on the wide pine floors. The water hose had exploded. I met such a organized young woman named Andrea who would be in charge of my life and return to perfect the total job, the drying process, water suction machines, the drying fans everywhere, the carpets removal and drying, furniture removal, insulation under the house gone and replaced, contacting Specialty Flooring who came, removed cupped boards and replaced them with an exact match and refinished the whole area better than before the catastrophe happened! Kudos to them also. While I would never want anyone to go thru the drama of a dishwasher disrupting a persons life, if it does what ours did, SERVPRO will certainly make the easiest way to return to life like it never happened!
