We contacted ServPro to help us deal with a water damage issue in our Bluffton condominium caused by a blocked building HVAC condesate drain line. ServPro was quick to respond and did excellent work dealing with damaged walls, flooring, bathroom vanities and mold/water issues. Despite the lengthy time required to sort out restoration of our unit due to association and HO6 policy insurance challenges, once resolved, project manager Doug and his ServPro team did an excellent job restoring our unit to a like new condition. Work was completed on the schedule promised, within the insurance funding availble, and we are very pleased with the overall quality of work. We truly hope we never have to deal with a similar issue in the future, but if so we would not hesitate to call this ServPro office again.
Andrew was absolutely amazing helping my Mom with her Flood Restoration he was responsive, organized, and made sure every step was handled quickly and correctly. What could have been a stressful, overwhelming situation was made so much easier thanks to his professionalism and kindness. I'm so grateful for the way he took care of my mom. She loved him!

James and his team were contracted to clean our bathroom vents, and to seal areas of prior work under our stairs.
