Obviously no one ever wants to call a place like SERVPRO, but when you do they are the place to contact. They were super busy from floodings all over Lancaster the previous week and still managed to fit me in earlier than I was expecting. They were upfront and provided information to me every step of the way. They worked directly with my insurance company which was great. Also, they did not rush the clean up and made sure my basement was dried out and treated for mold properly. Cant say enough good about the crew of guys who worked through one of the hottest days to get rid of all the junk that was ruined. Have already recommended them to friends and will again if asked!
We had a water leak in our basement. ServPro's estimator Anthony was on-site almost immediately, and there was a crew at our house within one hour to begin the clean up process. Thanks to Damon and the guys for their quick clean up work. My insurance agent is working with ServPro on the reconstruction. ServPro's team has been professional and courteous, Their communication has been excellent. Highly recommended!
