We have had two big, difficult clean-ups this year. The kind where you need to clean every square inch of surface in rooms from the floor to the ceiling. SERVPRO scoped the work, consulted expertise, quoted a fair price, brought the right equipment, used the right cleaning supplies, sent A-teams, got the jobs done, and redid a couple of things after inspection. On both occasions, I was happy to sign off and pay. It's like our two disasters never occurred.
Mr. Andres and his team were so professional, helpful and friendly. They came within an hour. Andres personally explained the step by step process to my parents so as homeowners they knew who to call, what to expect, etc. Can't thank them enough for all of their help !! Perfect example of going above & beyond !!
