Mitch came and helped us after there was a leak in the workshop. He came at the weekend and was there with in less than 24 hours and he never stopped. He worked so hard. Super polite and courteous too he really went the extra mile. Thank you very much really can’t say enough positive things about him!

Servpro Newtown cleaned our ducts yesterday. Rick and Melanie came into our home with professionalism and knowledge. They listened to our ”soot” situation due to a faulty HVAC, explained their process clearly, was sensitive to our schedules within the home throughout the day, updated us on their progress, and clearly, worked well together. We were very impressed with their teamwork. Obviously, there was much dust, dirt, and soot that was exposed during the procedures BUT everything was clean upon their departure.
