Servpro Newtown cleaned our ducts yesterday. Rick and Melanie came into our home with professionalism and knowledge. They listened to our ”soot” situation due to a faulty HVAC, explained their process clearly, was sensitive to our schedules within the home throughout the day, updated us on their progress, and clearly, worked well together.
