Servpro Newtown cleaned our ducts yesterday. Rick and Melanie came into our home with professionalism and knowledge. They listened to our ”soot” situation due to a faulty HVAC, explained their process clearly, was sensitive to our schedules within the home throughout the day, updated us on their progress, and clearly, worked well together. We were very impressed with their teamwork. Obviously, there was much dust, dirt, and soot that was exposed during the procedures BUT everything was clean upon their departure. My wife, my son and I had just returned home from a 16 hour flight and threw in a load of laundry when my sewer lines backed up and flooded my first floor and down into my basement. I called ServPro and they sent Mitch out immediately the next morning. Super presentable, professional and punctual.
