Servpro Newtown cleaned our ducts yesterday. Rick and Melanie came into our home with professionalism and knowledge. They listened to our ”soot” situation due to a faulty HVAC, explained their process clearly, was sensitive to our schedules within the home throughout the day, updated us on their progress, and clearly, worked well together. We were very impressed with their teamwork. Obviously, there was much dust, dirt, and soot that was exposed during the procedures BUT everything was clean upon their departure. They came out on time and was very professional and respectful. The gentleman who came out to remediate did a great job sealing everything up, cleaning, and explaining the entire process. Would definitely use them again.
My wife, my son and I had just returned home from a 16 hour flight and threw in a load of laundry when my sewer lines backed up and flooded my first floor and down into my basement. I called ServPro and they sent Mitch out immediately the next morning. Super presentable, professional and punctual. Turned what seemed like an end of the world situation into something very manageable and took care of literally everything. Always told us what he was going to be doing ahead of time, making sure to get approval for removing anything or setting up equipment. Completely handled the insurance side of things and had everything done in just a few days. I could write a few pages on how well Mitch handles everything and put my family at ease over the holidays.
