I appreciate that the team put down protective sheeting as they walked away from the basement to the kitchen door. They also sprayed antibacterial on the floor (between basement and door) before and after. I suggested also spraying outside on the steps out of the kitchen and surrounding area. Excellent service. The crew went above and beyond to quickly address our water damage in a very professional manor.
By 7 am Jan. 24 I discovered that are sump pump had stopped working and our basement was flooded. After talking to our insurance agency who gave us SERVPRO's phone number. The SERVPRO crew was there by 2:00 and the water was removed by 6:00 PM. During the two days that followed SERVPRO continued the cleanup with fans and de-humidifiers until the area was dry and no smell. SERVPRO followed up by cleaning the area and putting back the furniture along with large items. They concluded by placing blocks under all items to ensure everything dried properly.

About Our Owners
Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson partnered to be the best restoration specialists in their territories and within the SERVPRO franchise system. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
