I appreciate that the team put down protective sheeting as they walked away from the basement to the kitchen door. They also sprayed antibacterial on the floor (between basement and door) before and after. I suggested also spraying outside on the steps out of the kitchen and surrounding area. They did this for me.

Excellent service. The crew went above and beyond to quickly address our water damage in a very professional manor.
By 7 am Jan. 24 I discovered that are sump pump had stopped working and our basement was flooded. After talking to our insurance agency who gave us SERVPRO's phone number. The SERVPRO crew was there by 2:00 and the water was removed by 6:00 PM. During the two days that followed SERVPRO continued the cleanup with fans and de-humidifiers until the area was dry and no smell. SERVPRO followed up by cleaning the area and putting back the furniture along with large items. They concluded by placing blocks under all items to ensure everything dried properly.
