Cameron, Jamie and Jason did an awesome job in mitigation as the crew who cleared all of our flooded basement with equipment/ fans and made sure or belongings were safely moved. Thank you for their great job. Recommend them highly to everyone.

I just want to give a thumbs up on my experience with Servpro. From beginning to end and in between I have been absolutely satisfied with every one and everything!! Bobby Bingham and his crew were amazing! From the time his crew was introduced to the time they were finished they arrived at stated times, worked continuously, cleaned up after themselves perfectly, were polite, just plain amazing!! Tom Popadak was the first contact and he was also was professional and caring. And then Ashley Newman, what a sweetheart!! She was so friendly and efficient! There was another girl, Marci?, don’t remember her name , such lovely people!!!!! I am beyond satisfied with the work done!!! Would recommend Servpro to everyone!! (And Westfield Insurance, great company!!)

Bobby Bingham, Production Manager was an excellent person to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable. When problems came up (which, of course, almost always happens in life) he promised that he would "make it right" to our satisfaction & he absolutely did! He needed to use a lot of ingenuity & was very persistent in getting the job done right! " He promised he would see the job through to completion. A man of his word is quite rare today!

Response time was a immediate. Crew worked late into the hours on a weekend. Set equipment in to dry out flooring and walls, and enough air movers to circulate for maximum dry time. Interactions with all team members was great.
