I experienced a water backup in my home which was a very distressing event for me. The ServPro cleanup team from Medina, Jorbit and Lizmar, and project manager, Ross, far exceeded my expectations in every way. We unfortunately experienced extensive water damage on all 3 floors of our home from a recent 2nd floor bathroom remodel. The day of the issue we worked with our insurance company to dispatch ServPro who exceeded our expectations from the minute they arrived all the way through the mitigation process which took almost 2 weeks. From Melissa and Chris Bougher who was our first point of contact to all of the crew involved in the mitigation process we can’t say THANK YOU enough.
