The team did a phenomenal job. Very courteous, thorough, and they explained every step in the process. They made it a priority to ensure the work area was cleaned up prior to leaving. They made a bad situation much better!

I recently had an unfortunate incident occur in my home. The storm sewer in my front yard burst, flooding my basement. At the suggestion of my insurance adjuster I contacted SERVPRO West Monroe. The point person for the job was Eli. Eli communicated well with me throughout the process. He scheduled all appointments including those with outside companies. He was patient answering my many questions without ever talking down to me. I am satisfied with my SERVPRO experience. From Sue and Mary in the office to Joe, Sonia, and Karina, Eli, Adam, Ken, Josh, Mike, Anthony, Sam and Jose everyone was professional, proficient and respectful. The Wandtke's are fortunate to have such great employees.

SERVPRO was proficient, pleasant and courteous. A water pipe had froze and burst at the apartment complex I reside at. That flooded the hall and residential areas. Hopefully this occurrence does not happen but, if it were, I would recommend this company.

The SERVPRO crew is fabulous to work with! Our sump pump stopped working and our 1700 square foot, carpeted and dry wall basement flooded. It was a mess. Toys, games, camping equipment, electronics, etc destroyed. Justin was our 1st contact when we called. He walked us through what should be done (even suggested what to ask if we ended up going with a different company for service). Because of so many other service calls he hoped to fit us in the next morning. Justin called us back at 8:30 am the next day. Joe T was at the house by 10:30 am and walked us through SERVPRO’s steps to dry the basement. He answered all our questions and was very patient. He also provided some tips regarding restoration once everything dried. He had someone to the house 2 hours later replacing our sump pump. I wanted to do some pre-cleanup before they started their work so Joe T said the crew could start the next day by 8:30 am. And that they did. All 12 of them arrived at 8:30 am the next day and got the job done by 11:30 am. Joe T took the time to introduce all of them to me and they where all very patient and diligent. If I could remember all their names I would give each of them an individual shout out. Eli mapped the place out to determine the right amount of fans & dehumidifiers that would be needed. A careful balance of cost and amount of electrical load that our house could handle. He even came back in the evening since we were having trouble with tripping our circuit breaker. Justin arrived during the job and helped me figure out the right size and number of dehumidifiers that would be best for our basement. He also provided some good ideas for basement floor replacements. We hope to work with SERVPRO for the rebuilding phase next. We would highly recommend SERVPRO (on Emerson Street). We called on a Saturday morning and they were there that afternoon. Eli and his crew all have superior customer service. Exceptional job by an outstanding company. If you ever have sewage to get cleaned up, this is definitely the company to call!

I had a basement flooded and called these guys after the fire department pumped it out. They had a crew on site within an hour or 2, a pile of guys that had the damaged belongings, 3 vans packed full, out the door within 4 hrs. They set up 3 monster dehumidifiers and 20 high powered fans and were out in 5 hours total. Because of them it went from disaster to smiles in no time at all. They were polite, courteous, service oriented and just did a great job. Can't say enough about Justin and his crew. Great great company.
