Meet Our Team

Sue has been our Franchise's secretary since 1999. Over the past 20+ years, Sue's commitment to providing our customer's with outstanding customer service is what sets her apart. We are thankful for her loyalty and dedication to SERVPRO^®; of West Monroe County.

Jamie has been working in our office since 2014 and handles all of our Accounting and Human Resource duties.

Justin Wandtke is our very knowledgeable General Manager. Beginning in 2011, Justin has worked his way into his role as General Manager. Through the years he has collected numerous certifications and continues to take education to stay up on Industry Standards. Justin's certifications include: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Xactimate, Aerial & Scissor Lift Operator Certification, OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen. Justin's hard work and dedication to the success of the team, is why he is one of our valued employees.

Anthony is one of our Water & Fire Restoration Managers, and Job File Coordinator. He has been working with us since 2016. Throughout the years he has collected a lot of experience and the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, DryBook, and Aerial & Scissor Lift Operator Certification. Anthony's hard work, and dedication to provide an outstanding experience for our customer's on each job is why he is one of our valued employees.

Josh joined the SERVPRO team in 2015. Josh is very skilled in many areas including but not limited to Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, & Demolition. Josh is also IICRC Certified, OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen Certified. He is a very skilled and versatile asset that we are proud to have on our SERVPRO^®; team!

Eli is one of our Water Damage Crew Chiefs. He has been working with us since 2020 and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, DryBook, Bloodborne Pathogen, & Mold Abatement Worker. Eli's hard work, and dedication to provide an outstanding experience for our customer's on each job is why he is one of our valued employees.

Ken is a production technician and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO^®; Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Ken definitely has a strong worth ethic and is a valuable asset to our team!
