Before Jim and Michele bought SERVPRO® of West Monroe County from Michele's parents, Michael and Joanne Kadey, they worked in the Rochester area. Having the dream of owning their own business, they bought SERVPRO® of West Monroe County and have grown the business and community every year since 1991.
