We experienced water damage in two rooms of our home after ice dams built up on our roof. From the initial assessment through the completion of the repairs/reconstruction, Dan, Travis, and their team were professional and respectful, and were commited to doing the job right. Only a few runs of our hardwood floors were water damaged, but Dan worked with our insurance company/adjuster to get all of the hardwoods on the second floor refinished so the repair would look seamless. The quality of their work was excellent. They kept us informed throughout the process, arrived when they said they would, and completed the restoration with great care. The repaired rooms look great, and you would never know there had been significant water damage, walls/ceiling removed, etc.

Caroline & JJ were beyond amazing (Hamburg office). Not only did they come after hours for am emergency flooding situation, but they refused to leave until the entire area was prepped to be dried to prevent old and further damage, 6+ hrs! (Other companies were quoting several days to even come assess). I would recommend or request them for everything. Never experienced better.

I used ServPro after having a flood in my bathroom. They came out immediately to assess the damage and suggested I contact my insurance carrier. Travis worked very hard for several months as my advocate to make sure the insurance company approved the work and supplies they wanted to use after the company denied part of the claim. Once approved, the workers were very professional and cleaned up each day. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.This job required several different workers to complete it and everything was coordinated by Travis. All I had to do was let them in the house. I am very pleased with the work that was done, the workers that they employ and would highly recommend this company for any projects. I plan on using them again in the future.Thank you for everything you did to make my bathroom beautiful!!

Nick and Dan's teams were excellent. They worked quickly and professionally. The reconstruct was one of the best jobs that we have had done. We appreciate their fine job.

I recently had water coming through my walls and standing water in my basement. I reached out to Serv Pro Of The Southtowns and they were amazing. Came that day to assess the situation and they were there the next take to start water remediation. JJ was an absolute darling to work with. So kind and explained everything in details. When he came across an issue, he included me to make decisions. Reed was a hard worker and very thorough. Can't say enough good things. Such a pleasure to work with people who love what they do and are good at it.
