I had a sump pump malfunction and within an hour of talking to my adjuster, Matt and Adrian showed up to step in and help with the drying process. They were very professional, walked me through the process, and let me know what to expect next. They were willing to come at 6pm and set up all the equipment. They were in and out efficiently and we were very impressed with their quality of care and service!
I suggest making SERVPRO your very 1st call during an emergency. Our 8 month old house flooded from a plumbing fitting that wasn’t crimped during installation. We called SERVPRO and they were here within a couple hours, removing the flooring and drying out our house. They brought 25 fans and 2 huge dehumidifiers to dry things out. They came back every single day to monitor and move fans where they needed to be so that our house dried out. They took all the damaged materials out and away for us. They also took our area rugs with them to clean. The people that came into our house from SERVPRO were amazingly courteous, compassionate and professional. Everyone of them that I asked any questions to, took the time to fully answer me and helped us calm down. We were in total panic seeing our beautiful house look like a river went through it. Our house is now dry but, they’re coming back to remove some of the cupboards and built ins to make absolute sure that everything is ok. They did not push any of their other services onto us but, suggested that we could call others for those services if we wanted. I don’t know why anyone would tho, since these folks are absolutely wonderful. I can not thank SERVPRO enough for being such a huge comfort at such an extremely difficult, scary and stressful time for my wife and I. I would absolutely recommend SERVPRO to anyone !!!

Mike and his group were amazing! Mike came over right away even though it was after hours and assessed our basement. Mike reassured me and my husband that he would get our basement taken care of, Mike made sure he had a team out the next day and they were able to remove almost everything in a day! SERVPRO was awesome and made sure our basement was dry even though it was a holiday weekend. Another reason these guys are so great and one of a kind is our decorative picture fell off a shelf from the fans blowing and Mike took the frame and got it fixed, talk about great service. Came home to collapsed ceiling and water coming out of a frozen pipe. Contacted SERVPRO and they came out next morning for cleanup. Since then they were the contract due remodel. We experienced an unexpected sump pump failure in our basement last week. Mike Olson and his team with SERVPRO came out and cleaned up the water, removed the carpet pad and dried out the carpet. After the dishwasher leaked overnight - SERVPRO came in and quickly assessed the issue. They quickly assigned a team to mitigate water issues upstairs AND downstairs. Meet Trevor Rossum
Did you ever hear the saying that the right job will find you? Well, this is what happened to Trevor Rossum, the owner of SERVPRO of Fargo and two other area SERVPRO franchises. For seventeen years, Trevor sold healthcare software and learned about SERVPRO when he attended a SERVPRO tradeshow as a vendor. While at the tradeshow, he knew he wanted to become involved with the restoration industry and shift his focus to owning a business and serving people in one of their greatest times of need. Trevor opened his first franchise in Alexandria, MN.

Four years later he was presented with the opportunity to expand their business. After several months of consideration and reflection, he put his resources together and purchased the franchise in the Fargo, ND. Trevor and his team is ready to serve the Fargo area and we are grateful to be a part of this community.
When Trevor is not assisting customers with putting their lives back together, you can find him spending time with his wife, watching their two kids playing on numerous sports teams including basketball, volleyball, hockey, and golf!
