We had ServPro remove two stains in our home. We were very pleased with the quality of work, results, and the technician, Tyler, who did the cleaning. Tyler was professional, courteous, and willing to work with our specific requests.
My sump pump quit so had water throughout my completely finished basement. Proserve worked to remove all damaged carpet/ flooring and removed baseboards. They ran all the necessary equipment to dry the area and save the sheetrock. They communicated well and were timely. I was very happy with their work.
Last week on Monday had a sewer backup through the floor drain down in my laundry room. What a mess, called ServPro and they had things under control by the end of the day. They cleaned things up, took out the damaged carpet and baseboards. Also sprayed for mold and had fans running to dry out the damage areas. Really want to give shoutout to Tyler, Dale and Fabian who had the thankless job of getting things cleaned up. They were very professional and kept me informed on every step of what needed to be taken out. Very happy for ServPro and their competent staff!
We spotted mold in our downstairs basement. I did a quick search for mold restoration and ServPro came up as one of the higher rated companies in the area, and I can see why! The customer service is excellent, my wife and I felt listened to and like all of our questions were answered. Jim Longtin is the assessor that visited our home to complete assessment and provide recommendations. Jim is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly cares about the customer! He did a thorough job, and answered all of our questions. Jim took the time to explain the logic behind what he was doing and shared wisdom that made my wife and I feel reassured that, "This guy knows his stuff." Darin and Fabian did an excellent, diligent steam cleaning of a sewer break at a local business. Was not an easy job, actually in a small tunnel. Friendly , easy to work with. Cleaned up after...restored area like nothing happened. Thanks!!!!
We had extensive water damage from a washing machine. I contacted Servpro and visited with Jim. He came to our home within 45 minutes. He worked with our insurance adjuster, took readings and walked us through the mitigation and restoration process. He then had an amazing team come in to complete the work. Tyler, AK, Daniel, Elliot, Fabian, Dale, Robert S and Managok. They were complete professionals and did an awesome job. Everyone at Servpro was polite and worked hard to get the job done right!
